Managing Partner
 Horizon Wind Energy/EDPR NA –Lead a turnaround of the failing technology department for the new director
of technology. Over 190 projects over 7 years to bring the IT department to a stable, productive, efficient group.
 Multiple Assessments of IT Departments – Lead multiple assessments of IT departments and developed
strategies for moving them to Enterprise Functioning business partners.
 Blinds.com – Architectural planning to develop the next generation of the largest blinds retailer oin North
America.
 Encana Project manager for multiple projects around gas measurement and production accounting. Brought the
project from brink of failure to success.
 Representing EAG Services at the Houston Technology Center as Project Coordinator for the Global
Energy Offerings website. Managed the planning, development, and implementation of a world wide technology
clearinghouse for the energy vertical. This included solution development and optimization.
 Performed role for EAG Services as the Project Manager for their corporate headquarters move.
Designed, planned, and executed the plans to move EAG Services HQ move of equipment, technology, furniture,
services, and functions.
 Performing role as Project Manager for the Information Technology department’s return to in-house
location from outsourced provider. Performed a system audit of technology, developed new design for EAG
Services growth, performed the analysis and developed a plan that provided a robust technology solution that
reduced their overall total cost of ownership while providing a better technology platform and performance.

Devon Energy, Houston, Texas 2005-2006
Manager, Planning and Governance, Business Information and Technology managing a team of 12 direct reports and a total team of 100+.
Responsible for all IT projects throughout Devon Energy. Responsible for SOX compliance, strategy, budget, business office,
quality assurance, and enterprise architecture for Devon Energy.
 Developed and implemented a standard project management methodology and created a Global Project
Management Office for projects at Devon. This started with IT and moved to the entire corporation.Global IT Operations and Project Management Officer (Australia, Chile, Peru, UK, and USA) managing a team of 12 direct
reports and a total BHPB team of 50+.
Responsible for all IT projects throughout BHP Billiton Base Metals globally – crossing 5 continents.
 Developed and implemented a standard project management methodology and created a Global Project
Management Office for projects that exceed $.5MM. Result: Current annualized savings of $2.5MM and
anticipated annual saving of more than $5.0MM.
Global IT Operations Manager –Base Metals responsible for all infrastructure and connectivity.
 Developed and implemented a consolidation plan for global IT operations of the Base Metals Division. Merged 3
independent companies into one new entity and implemented common systems and processes. SAP, Operations, and
Support. Result: Total annual savings of $6.5MM..

implementation including: SAP BW, Messaging, Enterprise Search, Documentum, etc.
